Les m\u00e9thodes de production, les technologies de transformation et de conservation, les march\u00e9s et les tendances, les strat\u00e9gies de marketing et de gestion de la chaine de valeur y sont mises en exergue. Le cours aborde \u00e9galement les impacts de la technologie sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie et le marketing agricole.
