    • La vis\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du cours<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Fournir aux \u00e9tudiants les \u00e9l\u00e9ments th\u00e9oriques qui concourent \u00e0 la gestion des entreprises d\u2019une part. D\u2019autre part, il vise \u00e0 analyser les m\u00e9canismes (techniques) de gestion des entreprises aussi bien dans le contexte classique que dans le contexte d\u2019entreprises agricoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Cadre conceptuel du d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises rurales\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Processus de d\u00e9cision dans une entreprise\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -L\u2019information dans l\u2019entreprise\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -La croissance de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3- Apprentissage vis\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Ce cours vise \u00e0 analyser l\u2019entreprise en tant qu\u2019acteur principal de l\u2019environnement \u00e9conomique et social. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire analyser sa fonction \u00e9conomique de cr\u00e9ation de richesses, et sa fonction sociale de coh\u00e9sion et d\u2019organisation, ainsi que son r\u00f4le central dans la diffusion des technologies et d\u2019innovation sp\u00e9cifiquement en contexte agricole et de ruralit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4- Comp\u00e9tences vis\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Sur le plan \u00e9conomique, il s\u2019agit de mobiliser une approche conceptuelle de gestion des entreprises et des indicateurs de gestion des entreprises utilis\u00e9s en \u00e9conomie rurale ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Etudier le caract\u00e8re sociologique de l\u2019entreprise et son r\u00f4le dans la consolidation de la coh\u00e9sion sociale, l\u2019\u00e9conomie solidaire et la sauvegarde des int\u00e9r\u00eats communautaires ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Etudier l\u2019entreprise comme une intense de d\u00e9cision, d\u2019information, de coordination et de d\u00e9veloppement technologique souvent indispensable dans la vulgarisation agricole et la diffusion des innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7-R\u00e8gles de fonctionnement du cours <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -La pr\u00e9sence au cours est obligatoire, par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019absent\u00e9isme est sanctionn\u00e9 par la r\u00e9duction des points sur les notes d CC et TP ou l\u2019exclusion dans les \u00e9valuations interm\u00e9diaires (TP et CC) ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Le d\u00e9lai de remise des TP doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9 sinon soit les travaux ne sont plus pris en compte et les \u00e9tudiants concern\u00e9s \u00e9copent une note de 00\/20, soit les travaux sont accept\u00e9 avec sursis et les \u00e9tudiants concern\u00e9s \u00e9copent d\u2019une r\u00e9duction des points selon la gravit\u00e9 de la situation\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -La participation des \u00e9tudiants au cours est not\u00e9e sur 3 points dans la rubrique TP et CC\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Le cours est anim\u00e9 par un jeu de question r\u00e9ponse et le niveau d\u2019engagement des \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 ce jeu constitue la r\u00e8gle de notation de la rubrique participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Les supports de cours seront distribu\u00e9s au fur et \u00e0 mesure\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        -Dans les travaux de groupe, le plagiat n\u2019est pas tol\u00e9r\u00e9 et peut conduire \u00e0 l\u2019annulation de la note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
