aborde le concept de biodiversit\u00e9, l\u2019analyse de ses composantes, quelques outils de mesure de la biodiversit\u00e9&nbsp;: courbes d\u2019accumulation, diversit\u00e9 asymptotique, taux de couverture et distribution d\u2019abondance, les mesures neutres de diversit\u00e9 d\u2019une communaut\u00e9, les outils mol\u00e9culaires d\u2019analyse g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et les notions de base de
